Privacy Notice

Golden Life Consulting ("GLC", "we", "us") operates thegoldenlifeconsulting.com and the related GLC customer portals. This notice explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you request a website audit, contact us, or create an account, you may provide:

  • a business website address;
  • your business email address and account details;
  • your company name, goals, and other information included in your request;
  • communications you send to GLC.

We use this information to evaluate the submitted website, create and secure your workspace, deliver the requested audit, respond to you, and operate our services. We do not send submitted website addresses, email addresses, passwords, report links, or access tokens to our traffic analytics provider.

Traffic analytics

With your permission, the public marketing website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is found and used. Analytics may process:

  • the public page path and page title;
  • referral source and approved campaign parameters such as utm_source and utm_campaign;
  • general browser, device, language, and approximate location information supplied by Google;
  • interactions with public calls to action and the website-audit funnel;
  • site performance measurements such as Core Web Vitals.

The audit funnel sends only predefined status values to analytics. Form contents, the submitted domain, email addresses, full error messages, and private identifiers are excluded.

Google Analytics is not loaded until you select Allow analytics. Selecting Only necessary keeps analytics disabled. You can change this choice at any time through Analytics settings in the website footer. Learn more about how Google handles Analytics data in Google's privacy documentation.

Browser storage

We use limited first-party browser storage for:

  • remembering your analytics choice;
  • carrying a submitted website address from the public form to the audit screen within the current browser tab;
  • preserving time-limited audit-access information so the confirmation screen can be restored.

These items support the choices or services you request. Clearing browser storage removes them. Authentication portals may also use strictly necessary storage to keep users signed in and protect accounts.

Operational logs and security

Our hosting and application infrastructure may record request time, requested route, IP address, browser information, response status, and security events. We use these records to operate, protect, diagnose, and improve the service. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers that need it for those purposes.

Service providers

We use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, and—only after your permission on the public website—traffic analytics. They may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain business and security records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Analytics retention is limited through the Google Analytics property settings. Aggregated reports that no longer identify an individual may be kept longer.

Your choices and requests

You can decline or withdraw public-site analytics at any time using Analytics settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information associated with you. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.

Children

GLC is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this notice as our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the latest version.
